Hi, I'm Fiorella (Fi-o-re-la)
I hail from Lima, Peru, but I've spent most of my life in Seattle, WA. In my free time, I focus on and work on my passion project, The Email Society. I enjoy working on creative projects that support accessible and affordable education for all.
Specialty - Training material refinement is my specialty, and I approach it with a user-centric mindset. My background in graphic design, instructional design and UX design allows me to prioritize user needs while considering the material’s deployment and researching assistive technology for accessibility. This approach ensures I can create tailored, effective training material that resonates with the intended audience.
Stakeholders - Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse group of stakeholders, from instructional designers to top-level corporate executives. These individuals seek me out for my ability to add creativity and flair to their training materials, job aids, and e-newsletters. I strive to make sure the material stands out and captures the attention of the people it’s meant for.
Process - I use design principles by simplifying text and avoiding overly complicated terms. I organize information in a logical way, starting with the most important points. My ultimate goal is to create designs that are easy to understand and engaging for the user.
