I created The Email Society to share my knowledge in email design & communication and to empower those who want to build up their skills in this area. The motivation for building this platform is rooted in my passion for accessible education and affordable resources.
We all have different strengths when it comes to communication. For some individuals, writing comes naturally, whereas for others, oral communication is their strength; they're excellent storytellers. Then, for others, visual communication is their strength. They might be the best Pictionary player you ever had the pleasure of teaming with.
Each style of communication is a treasure. Unfortunately, in a setting where email dominates our day-to-day communication, it can be a struggle for a large group of individuals, from the writer to the reader.
Just as there are different styles of output communication, there are also different styles of retaining knowledge and learning. Depending on your email content and intention, the reader plays a significant role in how your message is perceived. Therefore, it's essential to strive to create emails that are simple, easy to identify important details and have a little flair of fun.
