UX/UI redesign of Expeditors' LMS (Learning Management System) landing page, accessed by approximately 17,000 employees worldwide.
Expeditors had an outstanding team of experts who always aimed for professional growth and development. The company believed in providing top-notch training to its professionals through various individual courses and comprehensive programs delivered by the online Professional Development Center (PDC) on the SABA platform. During my tenure at Expeditors' Corporate Training & Development team, we were constantly looking for ways to enhance our processes and deliver even better results, which is why we decided to switch to SABA as our LMS (Learning Management System) in 2019.
In 2023, we took things to the next level by revamping the landing page with a complete UX/UI update. Through rigorous user testing and feedback, we identified opportunities to enhance our platform's usability by incorporating five additional quick link buttons, as well as eight portals that provide easy navigation and full access to necessary training materials.

As we pursued our redesign efforts, I took a strategic approach to make a few key design changes. One of the most noticeable changes was the relocation of our large logo image from the right to the left, in order to create a more balanced appearance to accommodate an additional five quick link buttons. To further alleviate the heavy feel of ten quick link buttons, I divided and color-coded them into two classifications - "Take Action" as the red buttons and "Explore" as the gray buttons. Additionally, I changed the icon style from line art to flat art, providing both scalability and legibility.
